Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are more interested in helping you make a good decision than just making a sale. I have found greater expertise at Kerrisdale than what I have found at most of their competitors in the lower mainland (and much better prices on trade-ins).

Staff are extremely friendly and this store has been my go to for new and used camera gear. Also, if you're not in a rush for gear, they also do sweet deals during sales events. Always good to buy from a store as you never know if someone is being shady in a private sales.

Extremely helpful staff. I was looking at an upgrade path for wildlife photography, and Paul outlined 4 solid options and their cost. After setting me up with the gear, he offered to show me around the new camera.
