The folks at ILAC are simply brilliant. They can repair or diagnose virtually any appliance problem, and if they can't fix it, they probably know who can. They'll always go the extra mile to find an obscure part, or to fit us into the schedule if there's an emergency. I don't know what we'd do without their expertise, and their quick and thorough work and advice. So grateful ILAC is here in our community.

Excellent service! Called at 3pm on the Friday before the long weekend about my gas oven not preheating. By 5pm my oven's ignitor was replaced and I was cooking dinner. Both the guy I spoke with on the phone and the repairman were excellent.

I have used Ilac several times as I live only a couple of blocks away. This week I had them in to repair a dryer. The bill was outrageous. Aside from the call out fee, hourly fee, crazy part price, etc...what I found most troubling is the $20 “shipping fee” tacked on as well, for a small part that he already had in his van. The nickel and diming seems to be out of hand. And for all that I was left with a scratch in my wall.
