After a power surge during a power outage, my PC wouldn't boot. I thought the surge had fried something and prepared myself for a large repair bill. To my surprise I was informed that the surge triggered a change in the settings in my bios and was easily changed back. When I asked for the repair cost they said it was covered by the initial diagnostic charge already paid. I must say a lot of shops would have taken the opportunity to pad the bill, it was refreshing to deal with an honest and professional shop.

5 star service, support and system. Evergreen Computers built me an outstanding PC for creating film and television visuals. When I have questions about system upgrades or customization they reply quickly and clearly. They’re just awesome people and it’s really a great peace of mind knowing they’ve got me and my business covered.

Very helpful staff. Good prices. If you're looking for something custom suited to a purpose they will help you get what you need. If you aren't looking for bells and whistles and are on a budget they will walk you through your options. I recently replaced my old home theater desktop for a new one capable of running VR. Though there were some hiccups in the process, most of those were on my end. Honestly they were endlessly patient with me as I muddled through the process, but the end result was a computer that should be with me for the next decade.

I've used Evergreen for three custom PC builds over the years and they've been stellar every time. Most recently, I arranged an order with them out of town with arrangements for shipment and pick up at my end made simple and easy thanks to Neil and his team; they walked me through the different options for what I was hoping to put together and made helpful suggestions throughout. Their packing job for the shipment was also very meticulous and I received the goods in perfect condition. Very happy customer!

NO - POOR SERVICE - UNPROFESSIONAL My very 1st experience with Evergreen Computers is lack of professionalism and a disrespectful manager. I inquire about a product (Web Cam) that was recommended by someone and spoken to a team member who passed me down to a manager and once the manager asked about my location he blatantly stated (Go seek product in my area and hanged up) We have people all over that would be willing to purchase this product however they are not good for business purposes in the USA!!! If there was an option for NO STARS they got it!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
