What more can I say about this place. Nick, the owner, was a joy to talk to. He walked me through understanding turntable technology, never once trying to sell me on anything. It was such a lovely experience. No masquerading, no pretension, just a guy who is passionate about what he does and to assist others. I ended up buying my first table from him last week as I know he'll take care of all my turntable needs for years to come. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Thanks Nick!

The world renowned Turntable Shop in North Vancouver does not need another glowing review from me but Nick the proprietor is simply the best, a one of a kind turntable whisperer, he will inspect your wonky turntable and give u the goods straight up on whether it is worth repairing or not. Other places will charge u just to look at your gear and talk to you without any repairs but not Nick, he ain't gonna waste your time or money. It is truly a blessing for vinyl lovers to have a shop like this in Vancouver!

I really can't make up my mind whether I'm going to come back here for my turntable needs or just to talk to Nick!! He was just amazing to talk to and fixed my turntable's tone arm on the spot!! I found a vintage Akai table that I couldn't find a counterweight for... And he expertly altered my tonearm (which was missing a part) in order to fit a custom counterweight that was just perfect. Proof is in the pictures!

Exceptional for audiophiles and newbies alike. Small selection of used vinyl but great selection of turntables. I am sure that the owner, Nic, knows more about turntables than anyone else alive! He welcomes any questions and has a great philosophical view on how to buy a turntable.

I called ahead as I respect their limited capacity due to Covid, and was told to drop by as it was a quiet day. We were invited in when we arrived, and said we were looking to buy a record player. The owner left immediately to have a smoke, so we browsed for awhile but then he never came back. Strange business practice to have customers with cash in hand, only to ignore them. This place is probably great if you're a regular and come in to chat about music and records, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who's actually looking to buy something.
