We purchased a TV in-store and opened it to find no remote, power cord or manual. Customer Care suggested we exchange it, but the store was closed temporarily when we went back the next day. Customer Care then suggested we phone around the Source stores in the city in hopes of finding someone willing to help. The call center wasn't able to offer any credit or guarantees. It became apparent we had purchased a demo model. No mention of this on the receipt or during purchase. When the store did reopen, they offered a replacement TV but on further enquiry, that turned out to be a demo too. They finally identified a suitable closed-box TV and gave us an added inventive to buy it on the condition we join a phone plan. This effort to remedy the situation fell through when the phone plan didn't go smoothly either.

Jagdeep was great to deal with. He fully helped me transition from one provider to another. I will definitely go back to the Cap mall location again.

The clerk was initially helpful in finding a very hard to find charger for my super old tablet. But during the checkout process he became extremely pushy trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. I said no many times and even explained to him that a extended warranty for a $15 item was not worth it to me. He turned a positive shopping experience into a negative one very quickly. I will avoid this store in the future.

We were researching for replacement of computer, and The Source was the last store we went to. Nima was the technician who helped us. We were VERY impressed with him compared to best buy, visions, Walmart, and LD. He was SO polite and respectful unlike the other stores' technicians just mentioned. He knew the computer systems that he showed us like the back of his hand. Very very intelligent person - wow. He helped us to narrow down which computer would be best suited for my needs. We walked out with a beautiful computer that was VERY reasonably priced. We are beyond happy. The day turned from stressful to easy sailing. Thank you so much Nima for your hard work and quality of care for your customers.
