My husband and I recently purchased an LG OLED 55" TV from Visions Electronics in North Vancouver.. We were recommended to Visions by another customer and could not have been more pleased with the service and pricing. We dealt with Sebastian Lee, Store Manager, as well as Cliff in Sales; both of whom were superior in terms of customer service. We are currently awaiting delivery and set-up, and are so pleased they offer this service.

Gotta say. I'm impressed. I knew the exact tv I wanted to buy, and called Visions N Van to see if they had it in stock. Luca answered the phone and mentioned that they have it in the warehouse, but they won't have them until mid December. I appreciate the honest answer, and decided to stop by the store that night and buy the TV. First off... everyone was very friendly. I felt no pressure. When I found Luca and the demo TV in store, I had a few questions. He offered to go online and look some things up, even though he was likely busy. I had his full attention. This type of customer service goes a long way. My entire experience was friendly, informative, and quick. I will certainly go back again. Well done.

They have a good selection of T V equipment. I feel a bit like I'm on a used car dealership. All sales people are asking if you need help and watch your every move. But at least they are around. But it's not a bad place. I've bought much of my stereo equipment from them.
