My laptop packed it in and I needed a computer NOW. These guys were fantastic. By the end of the day I had a new and better laptop with everything transferred over. I never felt stupid (even though, I know very little about computers) and they explained everything. I would recommend them for all your lap top needs.

Tidy, bright, well-stocked shop. Dwight, the owner, was happy to show me around and answer all my questions. If you're on the North Shore and you want a beautiful custom-built PC, this is the place to come. (They also do repairs and maintenance on laptops and desktops.)

I took my(2012) Imac 27 inche computer to Concept yesterday morning, they had worked on it the year before and it had cost me over $450,it crashed in January of this year, but i never got the time to take it in until yesterday ,I explained the problem to the owner and he plugged it in and after 30 seconds said, it's not repairable, but I have a 2009 repaired one ,you could have for $895+tax!!! And by the way we could recycle your imac for you! I said no thank you and I took my i mac down to 15th and Pemberton to The Computer Guys (Mark Smith)and had it fixed for $100! Terry Sayyari. I made a mistake! When I went to pick up my computer Mark Smith (the computer guys)said to me ,he made a mistake, he quoted me the wrong estimate, the repair job only cost me $50! Because he didn't spend too much time on it!!!
