From the first time we started renting a violin for our son 4 years ago to recently purchasing a full size violin for him, the staff at Long & McQuade have been exemplary. Every interaction has been friendly, helpful and a pleasurable experience. This also goes for when I've had to call to ask questions, when they've helped with our rental and just their overall customer-focused attitude. I highly recommend Long & McQuade to all parents looking to rent or purchase their child's musical instrument.

Love the North Vancouver Location! Matt helped me find an awesome pair of headphones after realizing I wanted a different pair. They cost less and sound awesome. Alex was also a great help in discussing what my different options were when I first called. The staff in North Van are so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Great musical instrument and equipment store. There is a large variety of instruments and equipment and sheet music available here. The store is well organised and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of rental instruments too and are a good place to go to rent school band instruments. Always had a good experience here and have been happy with the items we've purchased here.

BIG music store. Great selection of guitar and guitar toys. Pretty much everything you could want. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
