I am only giving one star because I am forced to give one star. This company is a joke. HORRID service. Extremely difficult to deal with and the Service Manager is rude. Their next day service is NOT next day service. They will gladly charge you extra but not deliver. I would recommend anyone wanting reasonable service to look elsewhere.

Great prices, process your order quickly and their customer service is incredible. I had an issue with getting the replacement cartridge to fit (it was the correct replacement) and they patiently and expertly helped me over the phone. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!
