The Diamond

Absolutely adored my recent visit to the Diamond. Nick was our server and he was on point with the drinks, ingredients, and explanations. He really enhanced our experience. He even suggested a drink with all my favourites - gin, egg whites, and three types of citrus. It should be called "The Nick" for minimalists or "Citrus Nick" for those who like some info in the name. It was delicious, should be added to the menu. Thanks again!! We'll be back.

The cocktails here are of an elite level. The Diamond will produce a cocktail that you did not know you needed but upon the first sip you will be in bliss. You also get a picturesque view of Gastown from this spot.

Really nice ambiance! We sat at the bar and it was fun watching the bartender work. Drinks are great and really well-balanced. While it was slow we asked the bartender to make us a few drinks of his choice and they were superb. Didn’t catch his or the server’s name (evening of August 1st) but they both gave incredible service. Would love to come back.

Has a cool vibe, playing chill music. Service was great, we only had drinks but definitely want to try the food. Has a old looking entrance, but as soon as you pass the door its all good.

Super nice cocktails and I really like that place. I’ve been before and the cocktails are very good and the food (we had shares mostly) is also good even though we had the 5 choices of cheese and 2 of them weren’t the best. Just a little disappointed with the service, a little condescending at moment.
