The Trump Champagne Lounge

Did the Harry Potter High Tea experience. Very enjoyable when you take a bunch of friends. The tea itself was of moderate quality, but shouldn't disappoint. They made tons of sugary creations to match the Harry Potter theme, which is what truly made the experience magical for myself and friends. They do a mandatory 18% tip when you come as a party, which again isn't ridiculous. All in all I found it to be worth the money.

We had 3 meals here during our stay, one being an afternoon tea service. I’ve enjoyed some of the best afternoon teas in the world, and have pretty high standards. I was greatly impressed. I strongly suggest attending one of their afternoon teas. Queenie, in the lounge is wonderful. She is 6 stars (out of 5) as far as I’m concerned. A definite highlight to our afternoon experiences in the Champagne lounge. The evening service is a bit lacking. I was not overly impressed. It seemed as though the servers had either too many tables or too many tasks to serve everyone proficiently. I think this would have been less of an issue, if we didn’t have somewhere to be. That said, our server was enjoyable, just seemed rushed/stressed. The food was wonderful. I suggest the tacos—I’m not usually a fan of tacos, but they put an interesting twist on it!

very strange location. the lounge is where the main entrance should be. so when you're having afternoon tea you'll see people walking in with their luggage looking confused that it is a lounge. they then have to walk to the back and go downstairs. Harry potter afternoon tea was good. creative and fun. kudos to the chef for coming up with this menu

Second time coming for the champagne and oyster Happy Hour. Queenie hooked my girlfriend and I up and we had awesome 2 dozen oysters and champagne. Great service, awesome oysters, and a super fun scene. Will definitely be back!!

We went there on Valentine’s Day. Made a reservation for 4 at 6:30, got there a few minutes late but they said they didn’t have the table anymore. Then, I waited half an hour to be seated. Front desk was rude. Did not get a menu until another 20 minutes and we didn’t get a glass of water until almost 8. Our food got there at 8:30, still didn’t get our bottle of wine. Waitress no where in sight and couldn’t get the bill. Not even terrible service but no service.
