Earls Kitchen + Bar

Met a friend for a couple drinks in the evening. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food. Beer prices were average as it wasn't happy hour. Our waitress was the highlight, very friendly and genuinely warm. More importantly she was efficient and attentive. I will go back and try and catch happy hour for good deals.

My friend and I went today and did not have a good experience. I ordered the chicken tacos from the happy hour menu, we split garlic fries and I had 1 mimosa. My bill came to $27 with small tip. For reference, the tacos were less than $7, the fries were less than $5 (and we split these) and the mimosa was $5. Something doesn’t add up. My bill should’ve been around $15 before tax... we also weren’t shown our bills prior to paying. It also took a long time for our orders to be taken after receiving our drinks. Would not go back

Best happy hour in town. Service sometimes is good sometimes is very very bad.

Service was good and friendly. Food was great. But 3 stars because my husbands coat was hanging on their coat rack and a homeless guy came in and stole his cigars and eyeglasses. Careful of this location. They caught the guy and got his jacket back, but no compensation for stolen eyeglasses and cigar. Lunch ended up costing us $500. You’d think they’d at least offer to comp our lunch 🤷🏼‍♀️ I love earls, but now I’m worried about this location - if our stuff is getting stolen After this review a manager reached out to apologize but ultimately nothing was done 🤷🏼‍♀️

Best Earls location by far. All the staff from hostesses to managers are always on top of it and very friendly. Huge shout out to the back of house as Food is delicious and quick. Also, one of the managers, Brody is an absolute gem. He's always making sure you are having a good experience and is super supportive of his staff on the floor. He also bartends so go sit at the bar next time you want a drink or want to watch the game. I think the GM at Earls Robson must be doing something right!
