Big Box Outlet Store - Penticton

We recently had been looking for new furniture for our home and I had to see ALL my options lol. The staff and management were absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. They brought everything out of packaging for us to look at and sit on and I was able to make a great decision! We love our new items and got them at a great price. We will continue to shop with them for all things, the store has never been so full!! And the customer service is above and beyond, thanks so much to everyone at Big Box Outlet Penticton, we will see you again soon!!

What an great Team at the Big Bix Outlet Store! They are very friendly and willing to help you. A big shout out to Brigitte!! She is always there with a smile on her face willing to help you!! If I'm looking for any household items this is the 1st store I go to!

My wife and I have been shopping at big box even before it was big box and recently had a very good experience. Both of us wanted something and with the help of the new manage we got both....great store and very helpful staff..highly recomend
