After searching for stainless steel staples all over Penticton, Jay at Windsor was the only person who offered to bring some in for me. It is an uncommon fastner, and conversations with other stores in town left me feeling frustrated and unheard. At one point, I was even asked what the budget for my project is and told that I would need a guy at that stores office to go over my materials list for me. Needless to say, I felt very condescended to. I regret calling Windsor Plywood last, and will always be sure to go to them first in the future. Thanks Jay!
