I went shopping for insulation a rather intimidating subject for me then I came across James and the order counter by the yard doors. He was amazing!! Very helpful made me feel completely at ease helped me with everything go needed, walked out of there with exactly what I needed! Thank you James for your help I will be back! The boys in the yard were also fabulous with helping me load and secure my goods. Thank you as well!!

Normally, I'd give RONA 5 stars, but after checking the website and seeing that they had 8 of the item I wanted in stock, I drove into town (1/2 an hour one way) only to discover that they had ZERO Christmas lights in stock of any description and according to the young man with whom I spoke, they haven't had Christmas lights in stock for well over a week. Disappointing to say the least.

We came into Rona as one of the first stops of the day pricing out 5 appliances. The associate Rena was prompt at greeting us, was very knowledgeable about the products that she was showing us(fridge , stover, DW, washer/dryer). She also knew her pricing and the competitions pricing so well that she flat us told us we wouldn't find a better price. Her confidence almost seemed arrogant but she was quite right about her pricing. Rena also did not push the warranty on her initial encounter with us , but was very thorough on how it worked when i asked her about it. We will be back for more home improvement items in the future!

Good selection of quality products. The staff was helpful and friendly. The scheduled delivery was on time, and the service was good. Would recommend.
