Edit: One of the owners reacted out to me and assured me that something would be done about this and I’m extremely appreciative of her responding to me. This cab is not affiliated with Casino Taxi anymore since she was quick to fire him and the city is in the process of getting rid of him too. 10:30 on Saturday, October 24, I was coming home with friends and while a pal was taking out the money, the driver placed his hand through the money slot in the plastic divider and started touching my inner thigh, while I was intoxicated and I couldn’t think to react so I just gave him the rest of the money and quickly got out to avoid anything else happening.

Really (!!!) fast and always nice. I just had my phone returned to me after leaving it in the cab. The driver even returned to where he had dropped me off to see if I was still there but I had already left. Really appreciate their service.

Please, if you use the app, don't enter your card info. I have been both charged for rides that never picked me up, and also double charged for another ride. There's some great, friendly drivers, but then you have some rude operators, and cabs that cancel on you with no notice. But that's what you get I guess.

I witnessed a driver kick out someone disabled out of their cab after they took the time to haul all their bags in and get comfortable in the back seat which took a few minutes. Another driver pulled up beside them and took them instead. They dont even advise people when you call in that they send out text messages and some people dont have cell phones. This person moved here from another province. Hello, not everything is done the same way in every province. They seem to assume everyone knows how they do busiñess as if there arent other cab companies around. The driver spoke disrespectfully to this person insinuating that they are not a customer. What kind of business is this? Definitely not one i would want to call. This is dispicable and unprofessional behaviour.

I took a cab ride downtown and my card was charged 7 times for a total of 185$ for a single 10 min cab drive. I called customer service line and no one is returning my phone calls. Will not be using this company again and I advise everyone to do the same. Crooks.
