Every time I have an order (a special order because they do not have it in stock), I have to do the calling and follow up to see where my product is. I've been waiting for 2 months for the same order as usual. (Usually takes 3 weeks, and they always seem to get it 24-48hrs after I call), and have not received any news. As well when they do call to say they have the product, they never leave a message. There is definetely room for improvement, I'm to the point of going to another BMR nearly an hour away to get better service as this is a product that I cannot get in other stores.

Always impressed by the staff over there. I had to go multiple times for different reasons and each time I am blown away by their knowledge. Don't get me wrong I am somehow a handy person with some knowledge but over here they really know their stuff. It's not a big store but you should find what you need.

Workers don't know anything. Low stock n very expensive. Do yourself a favor drive to a real store
