Not busy at all. The staff member was super helpful, and took 2 minutes out of her day to answer a few basic questions I had. Truly above and beyond for an embassy. It really is on the 20th floor– only the elevators on the left go that far up though.

The best embassy I dealt with related to visa applications. I have been to the embassies of USA, UK, Brazil and the Netherlands in Canada recently and the best service was offered by the Netherlands embassy without a doubt. They treated me as a person they would want to welcome to their country, not as a person they are suspicions about. I had to work with a very tight timeline and had to get my visa exactly by 10 days. And guess what, I got my passport back after 7 business days. I am really grateful for your understanding and the wonderful service. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for the service.

Make sure you have every document outlined in the requirement; they will check. I got my passport returned to me in 7 business days.
