Made an application over 5weeks for a Visa and up to date NO response..

Very slow process! Some information on the website and information provided if you inquire through email is different: website says 8 weeks processing time (already x4 processing time of other European countries) but when inquiring in person or through email, it's 8-10 weeks. Checklist of documents on the website doesn't mention proof of travel insurance but the staff would require that document when you inquire in person. They do try to help but the process seems a lot more complicated than many other countries.
