Do not try to call them . They won't pick up the phone

Don't try to call them because they NEVERRRRR pick up, I have called in the morning, the afternoon, and I even checked the opening hours, they never pick up.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing
