2nd online order. Mega disappointment once again. Arrive there hoping that the order is ready. Finally I have to look for the products myself. On the other hand, no more bag of potting soil. Products are unavailable, no excuse, refund. Traveling for nothing. Patrick, I am disappointed and a customer very dissatisfied with your services and your team who did not do the necessary checks before sending me the confirmation email that my web order was ready.

I bought a wheelbarrow tire "gut" during the Covid. It was the last and she looked in bad shape. I tried it at home and it was already perforated .... I went to bring it back today because they are returning now. The cashier asked the seasonal manager if she should report it as a "defect". The manager decided not to and put it back on the floor even if it is punctured .... If another person reports it, she will declare it "defective". Come on !!!! What is that? Another consumer will move for nothing like me by buying a defective product. I find it very irresponsible on the part of the seasonal manager .... even the cashier did not come back !!!!
