A farce. Ordered a few pieces of wood for CURBSIDE pickup. Called when I arrived at the store and was told that I have to come INSIDE the store to print the papers etc, despite having already paid online. Hey RONA... curbside means curbside! You shouldn’t be making people come inside the store and especially should have a disclaimer on your website if this is the case.
