Every time I go to this place I leave disappointed. Yesterday I went to by a simple roll down blind and nobody in the place knows how to use the machine to cut a blind to size. Why offer something that you can't supply? It's the same story every time. Guess I'll just stick with Home Depot. I went there after leaving this Rona and was served right away by knowledgeable staff. Got my blind cut to measure in 10 minutes.

Needed 9 x 8' molding lengths for a total of 72' for 75$. Rona online inventory says this store has 73 lengths, which assured me they would have enough for me at the right price. I get there and they have NONE!!! Zero ! And 3 employees explain to me the store is not responsible for the exactitude of the online inventory !!! They also have 12' lengths but for the same 72', 6x12 came to 115$ (and the reason I was buying the 8' instead of the 12') I ask them if they could do the same price for the same total length considering....Answer : no, not our fault, sorry... I left without buying ANYTHING .. This is a text book case of BAD BAD BAD customer service... And Rona, if your online inventory is SO inaccurate, do your customers a favor and don't put it online. No information is better then wrong information...

Was approached non intrusively by an employee in the plumbing department who genuinely seemed to want to help. I know it's their job, but for some people, it seems like they are actually interested in providing service!

They claim online orders delivery time: "4 to 10 days after online order". I've placed an online order in June. The order hasn't been delivered. I cancelled it in September and that's it. Didn't have such issues with Home Depot.
