They will not refund a defective item bought the previous day. No one can make a decision except the "manager". This manager just leaves randomly during discussions. Many employees touch the item before saying they won't take it back. Customer service is definitely not a priority. Avoid this store!!!

Employees aren’t helpful nor available. 2 out of 2 experiences negative. Would prefer to go to any other hardware store. Weak return policy and overall pricey.
