I went looking for items twice and always got good service. Employees go out to help customers, and they have all the products one could need in a hardware store. No waiting at checkout. Prompt and courteous service.

A clerk misled us about the possibility of returning a purchased item. Unfortunate situation since we moved and lined up with this intention. The manager never wanted to acknowledge the commitment the clerk had made. Waste of time and money that calls into question my place of next visit.
