Hudson's Bay

The Bay often has great sales on clothes which is what I shop there for. Plus, I like how I can try on clothes before I buy them, even during Covid. I'm not keen on having to return things that don't fit. I bought what I wanted on sale! Store happy! I'd definitely recommend them for great stuff at great prices!

Quiet on this Friday night before Christmas but they did close at 6:00 pm. Great prompt service at the till in Men's Wear.

employees don't even try to help you find what you're looking for... just tell you to go online. alright if you're so quick to turn business away I'll go elsewhere. That's not even to mention the disorientating layout of the store... designed to keep you walking in circles.

The ambience in some areas of the store seem shadowy and lacking energy. More warm an inviting light, as well as an upgrade to the sound system would make shopping more enjoyable

Thanks to the manager on the phone for helping me get a good deal by price matching! I didn't get her name but she was helpful :)
