Infuriating company to deal with. I email in purchase orders that go unfulfilled/ordered. I have to chase them just to get orders I have placed acknowledged, let alone sent to me. Avoid this company if possible.

These guys have been very helpful and friendly with me. They have had what I wanted in stock or were able to order it in within a weeks time. Some hard to find items as well.

I find the website is helpful and key to getting product when I need it. My account manager is quick. Seems the days of branches having tons of stock is long gone but it's everywhere. Must better service than the cheap discount places.
