They have many unique items here. It's a great place for gifts. We've purchased a number of things for our new home, as well, from curtains to garbage cans. The customer service is pretty good. The price are a bit high on some things, but the quality is great.

Do your homework before you shop with this store. The online prices tend to be lower than what is charged at the store and the staff are blissfully ignorant. 2 weeks ago I purchased an OXO food scale from the store. Got home and verified that indeed the on-line price was lower. Called the store up and the sales clerk informed me that I can return the product at the store and purchase it on-line to avail of the on-line price. Asked to speak with the manager who apologized and said they had recently hired new staff and they could not keep up with the sale prices. Stopped by the store a week later with the receipt for a price match and the manager on duty gave me the run around. He informed me that he did not have access to the store website so he could not verify the price was lower. I pulled up the Bed Bath & Beyond website on my cell phone and proved that the price was different than what is being sold in the store. Overall poor customer service experience.

Bought one of two sheet sets a year ago. One has shrunk from washing and can’t be used. And I use cool water and low temperature drying. The other one cost my over 150.00. The elastic is already letting go and the top sheet in the queen set I swear is a king. Worst place ever for bedding and I only use them once a month. Go to the quilt place in 7 oaks for bedding. Their sheets are the best. Plus the salesperson spent time with me.
