They randomly closed their entire automotive service department and can’t help anyone. Crazy!!

I had a super unpleasant experience buying a car battery here. I picked out a “better” quality battery on the salesperson’s advice. Then they sent be all over the store waiting in different lines to try and get my core charge back for the old battery. Three weeks later, the battery failed and I had to get the car towed to a mechanic. The mechanic tested and replaced the defective battery. When I brought the dead battery back to CanadianTire, they claimed they could not return it, as it had been installed. Now I’m stuck with a useless battery. Don’t trust their warranties. Buy your auto parts from somewhere else.

In Tire section terrible service, need an hour but then also problem will not solve and manager Christina is so rude,rather than helping young students who works at tire she asked me question so what if you are waiting in tire section ? Managers need to help and polite and she need special training so she will know that how polite and problem solving Manager need to be in this kind of store.

Always find what I am looking for. Staff is not always easy to find. They are helpful when located. Love the selection of everything
