Walmart Supercentre

Not only are they not sanitizing anything ( carts, baskets, ect. ) Theyre also not restricting the amount of people entering. Store was extremely crowded. Cashiers do not change gloves after dealing with cash or between customers, and the debit machines do not get sanatized between use either. I will be sticking to no-frills , save on and costco as they are trying their best to reduce the spread by actually sanatizing high traffic surfaces.

This evening my daughter in law and I visited your Supercenter. While we do appreciate your associates putting their lives on the line so we can enjoy shopping, it does not mean an associate can treat us rudely. We went to #12 check out, we were rudely told with sweeping of a hand like were some pest. " This is closed." There are nicer ways to be told. In my day if I treated a customer like we were, I'd been fired or suspended. So tired of being treated so disrespectfully...

Always kind and great service here. I drive from Mission to go to this location and love their great attitude. Mission location is rude and badly managed. I've boycotted them due to too many bad experiences.

What is with charging money for a mask, they offer free masks at every Walmart except this one the greeter directs you to customer service for a mask and then at that point they want $2 per masks for children and adults. I thought they provide customers with free masks but this Walmart seems to be changing and state the money goes to a good cause, but the employee nor the manager could not tell us what the charity was ? Just that the money goes to charity Interesting I think its more of an inside store employee scam. This needs to be investigated this seems to be a wrongful business practice to be charging people for something other walmarts are not doing. I understand they have a instore mask policy but it is not posted anywhere regarding charging for a single mask nor is it posted regarding a charity of any kind. But what was I thinking it's Walmart.

The pharmacists are rude and cold. When someone thanks you you should acknowledge them. Told me to get in line that my products would be at the counter and then she didn't even give the cashier what I needed and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about when I told her what to get me which just wasted more of my time after lining up. I'll go elsewhere thanks...being rude is a deal breaker for me. 2 stars because they at least had what I needed.
