Winners & HomeSense

This is a great store, not only for browsing but also for buying stuff. the store is not organized, I mean products are not displayed in order like any other ordinary ones but it is the character of this store. I don't buy every time I go there but sometimes I find something I really like or I was waiting for. Especially I like Abbotsford Winners. Think this store has more products and friendly staff.

Accompanied my grandson who was looking for items to spruce up his bathroom. Picked up a few unique items as Christmas gifts. I liked how the store used customer service announcements to remind customers to socially distance as part of their Covid Safety plan.

I love my Winners at Sumas. Actually I'm very impressed how they have held high COVID-19 sanitization standards continually in every store I've been in. My Winners the staff are always friendly and cheerful when paying for your items. I've never had a problem returning something either.

I enjoyed it, found what I needed which were leggings and sweaters , and covid protocols were followed. I felt safe 😀

Horrible service. I went to return a pair of unworn, men’s shorts with all tags still attached at this store because they were the wrong size. I knew I’d have to settle for a store credit because I didn’t have the receipt, which was fine. I’ve done several returns/exchanges at Winners without incident. The cashier told me they require photo identification before they can issue a store credit when there isn’t a receipt. I explained that it was not possible for me since I had just renewed my drivers license and subsequently, also my BC services card... both of which had yet to come in the mail. I said that all I had was the temporary license/services card paperwork. She didn’t know what to do so she called went to speak with her manager, Chelsea. Chelsea confirmed that photo identification is a requirement so they wouldn’t be able to issue a store credit. I said no problem, that I would take the item to another store because this has never been an issue before. About 45 minutes later, at the Coquitlam Winners, I was given a store credit - using that same temporary driver’s license - without any hassle at all. Chelsea should have exercised better judgement and used her discretion before promptly dismissing a customer. I will not be returning.
