Reliable Parts

Great place for many different parts, and laundry, dishwasher detergent. The only thing that sucked was not being able to pay with cash but understandable.

I recommend you look to see what your part should cost before paying 4 times more than what the retail price should be. If your in a jam they will most likely have it in stock, but every once in a while I have to walk away from their " manufacturer pricing" hey guys 300 to 400% markup isn't acceptable . Maybe you should sell mattresses if you like big mark ups.

My husband blew a fuse in our microwave during Covid. We were unsure where we would get a part. We called reliable parts and they told us exactly what fuse we needed, took payment over the phone and had the package sitting outside their place of business so we could safely come and pick up the part. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating during these uncertain times. HIGHLY recommend Reliable parts!!!

They had a key for a deep freezer. Perfect!

Upon recommendation from another store i went to this location on mcconnel off of riverside road. number 107. Shayne was very helpful and gave me the proper advice and parts. Make sure you get the make model and numbers of the machine you are fixing as they have a plethora of parts. This will save you a trip .
