Noble BC Mission

So had a rough day trouble shooting a leaky faucet. Ended up going to Rona and getting a new faucet and started to install it. Last step hook up lines and find out they are short. Now I am no plumber but this was catastrophe for me. So I made 1 call to Noble at 336pm and they had answered. I wish I had gotten the persons named. I explained the issue and he had advised they were closed. I basically pleaded that he stay open I was literally 1 min away. But then the infamous train. Thank God it was the last car. Whipped up to the door he had the parts and took my CC and said he will charge it in the morning. Thank you Noble you are the best thank you for getting me out a bad day jam. Forever loyal customer.

Went in there yesterday after I had an issue with my water pump. Friendly, knowledgable service, they couldn't immediately help me with my problem, so they laid out options for me to choose my next course of action. Superstar service from James, and I was very impressed with my visit to their shop. Wicked job guys. You rock.

Not only a fine selection of essential items but a staff that is willing to accommodate! You leave being a satisfied customer; you will not walk away empty handed! Most places I go to they make you feel like you're imposing on them if you ask questions and are not a "professional" in the business; - not these guys, I wasn't a 100% prepared but they accommodated me and that counts big time! Thanks again!

Samantha was awesome through our whole process. They even opened the show room after hours to suit my work schedule. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
