We stayed 3 days. Awesome rooms with air-conditioning. Everything was clean and worked well. Under cover parking. The stay was great. I highly recommend tge Clarion and Suites in Brandon.

Strong 4-star! Really great pool area for the kids, they loved everything about it, but especially the open-top water slide which seems to be rare these days. The enclosed parking was also a special treat, and super handy for loading the kids up (in a warm vehicle, and not out in the elements of winter). We were in a 1 bedroom suite and it worked perfect for us. The main downside was no free continental breakfast - with that said, we knew about this and had planned for it by bringing our own toned-down breakfast. Also, the bed was one of the least-comfortable beds we've slept in. Having stayed in Brandon a few times, but usually on the highway, it was nice that this hotel is so close to the shopping mall. We would definitely stay again, based only on the pool area for the kids.

I had a lovely stay. I enjoy this hotel very much. Expect only one staff member seems like Droopy, sad unhappy person with her facial expressions. Made me feel like I didn't really have a room there and did act like my kids where trying to scam to swim...she needs to have a talk with manager about her SAD SAKE ATTITUDE....I come here every year after year after year and feel like she ruined my stay. I was going to complain to the manager like a Karen but decided to make a bad review instead..... The beds are comfy 😊😁👍

Stayed for one night while in Brandon, and I have to say, they nailed it on customer service. Front desk staff was super helpful. Stayed in a kitchenette suite, which could have used a couple more glasses, etc, but overall, clean and comfortable.

Big beautiful room. Bed was super comfortable! Shower was huge! We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on so we were pretty cold. Would go back!
