I live less than 1 km from this branch for 8 years but unfortunately I will now do business with the BMR of St-Eustache because the customer service in Laval west is so rotten and the unavailability of products constant that c is lamentable. I have just placed a telephone order with the St-Eustache branch and I can already go and get it which was impossible to do with Antonio in Laval west, so a very big thank you to Betty for her efficiency.

Really apart from the cashiers. The rest it's hard ... the materials advisor ... we disturb him ... then the materials committees ... oops excuse me for having disturbed you ..I am a client and I am your livelihood. So the service is not supposed to be an option!
