Went in store today to buy some lawn soil that the website said they had 193 in stock. Asked 3 different employees who answered that they don't sell that product, and when I showed the webpage to the last one and said "193 can't be an inventory error", he simply answered "As I told you, it's an inventory error".
Solid place to find things you for home projects or repairs. Was in and out in 10 minutes and easily found what I needed. Reno Depot has quite the inventory and was happy I didn't have to waste any time finding what I needed.
Good selection, but poor customer service. Ordered on line and tried to use the curbside pickup service to avoid getting into the store. Guess what, I ended up staying in the store in front of customer service counter for 40 minutes, waiting for someone to find me an item that was confirmed to be ready. The lady at customer service doesn't care, and never delivered an apology on behalf of the store for poor order management. I hope this is an one of incident although my previous experience with customer service there were mix of good and bad. A more caring attitude would go a long way.
People are getting back out. It shows. The place was so busy. Decently organized and lots of available products. Entry is quick and easy. A quick splash of sanitizer and you're in.
Good garden supplies. Greenhouse has a nice selection of plants and accessories for gardeners.
