Went to pick up some plywood and 2x3x8 for a shelving project in the garage. I entered with my car in the 'cours a bois'. There we two young gentlemen putting items away and had no clue what I was asking for. They had to go get a supervisor to help them understand what I was looking for. By the time he arrived I had found exactly what I needed. Rona has descent prices and a respectable selection, however in my experience if I need help I am better off going to Home Depot. I hope this situation improves as I would prefer to support more local vendors. Perhaps I should look at other retailers that are truly local and care about their customers. This lack of caring seems to extend to their employees. One of the two young men did not know how to use a utility knife safely when trying to cut away the strapping on some 2x2x8. One wrong move and he could have sliced his hand open. I did step in to show him how.

Cluttered store with dated decor stuff and not that great materials to actually build something.

i was just at this location and walked out not a single employee wearing a mask! if they do not even protect their employees how is the public suppose to feel safe? I asked several employees why none of them were wearing masks and the reply was they are not allowed to wear a mask! never going back to this location and the government should get involved THOSE EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS THE PUBLIC NEED TO BE PROTECTED!
