Simple, pleasant, ready to help, I go back there each time for the plumbing parts (although it will not be often). When you're looking for something specific and you don't know the exact name, go to deschenes, they'll help you;)

What a bad company. No phone service that is not even able to transfer a call after 8 attempts. And their refund policy of max $ 1000 per day per store !!!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever and I'm still waiting for my money from the stock that we bring back but never pay back. We must now go to court with the lawyers. Crosser gang all the way.
