the owner could not convert mm to inches.
Very disappointed to have done business! (1) We go to the window with the doors closed and on the web we are told the opposite. Answer from the 'father' we would have you call. (2) A month passes the 'father' call that he has our order, we arrive at the glazing to have our thermos installed! Answer from the 'father' no questions we would have you call before. (3) For the warranty on the thermos it is 10 years, elsewhere it is 20 years or for life. And YES I would have you!
