I really appreciated the help I got here recently. I decided to do some repairs on my foundation and needed some advice about what products I should buy. One of the staff, Simon, was extremely helpful. He not only showed me what products to buy but also gave me many tips on how to approach my project. I was impressed to get such good service in a big box store. I'll be back!
Very very knowledgeable staff. I mean, when they send you down an Ile, you're more than likely to find what you are looking for. Not just one staff member, I mean everyone. Amazing. Makes my shopping experience so much easier. Thank you guys. I promised I would give a good review, but it's easy to do when it's the truth.
This is the best Reno Depot in Montreal in my opinion. The team at the Pro Desk are great. No wonder it's one of the top performing of its brand in Montreal!
They have amazing and beautiful plants there. Really a great place to buy the decorative plants that you need home.

Need some improvement on customer service.
I have bought water heaters there twice. The first time, the cashier didn't know item requires delivery service had to pay at the customer service. Then the customer service asked me to sign an acknowledgement that the driver would not handle the merchandise. I couldn't understand how the merchandise would get into my house with this arrangement.
The second time I rent a U-Haul truck.
Both times, none of the store clerks cared to ask if I had arranged suitable transportation. No one advised that the water heater shall transported upright, and never transported laying down, which would immediately void warranty.
