Great place to find what you need for any project around the house. From upgrading my floors I was able to see engineered flooring next to 100 various hardwood types of flooring, all together in one place. That helped us make the right choice. Great selection and great pricing.
Employees are friendly and competent. 2 star reduction is for our appliances that were not delivered because of glitch?? in the system. We paid and have a the delivery date in the receipt.
The day of the delivery, we contacted to know our time window, they couldn’t access anything because of this glitch. Basically, nothing was set up, as if there was no order. Hence, no appliances were delivered.
They took our issue properly and we were able to get our money back and a gift card for the damages that were done.
Always got what I need
If you live in Westmount, this is your best hardware store for sheer variety of merchandise. You can be building your own kitchen or you can be simply buying a sponge to clean your already existing sink. You can count on this store to have what you want. Always plenty of parking, although today, a Sunday, I had to park on the second level.
The staff is always quite knowledgeable and ready to give advice. I always feel that they take their time to help me when I go.
They have a very good selection and carry good brands.
