Lee Valley

This place is where you get Christmas presents for adults. Toys for adults! I love this store. I always have to go with my wife or else I will spend all my money.

I predict this place won't be around in 25 years unless it changes quickly. New customers have zero loyalty to your storied past. The Lee Valley that I experienced in my fist two visits and two phone calls (neither answered) is frustrating, clunky, and comical when compared to other retailers. Not to make this about age, but the majority of people under 40 don't want to be handed a clip board, provide personal information, track product codes, take numbers to wait in line, be told something is out of stock and they can't purchase the item in their hand from the shelf. It's like they are straddling the warehouse and retail model and don't seem to do either well. ..I'm not the only review saying it....Good Luck.

Really cool place. Great stuff!

Great place for the specialty item in your house, garden or workshop. Very helpful staff who are available to answer any question you might have. The only drawback is the store is counter sales only.
