Excellent customer service here always! I went in to just look at options for mobile phone plans & ended up switching from Telus to Bell due to the incredible service they provided. Although they obviously get a commission for selling new devices, Raj was very helpful and we had a good chat whilst setting up my new plan.
Decent service at best, they all want to sell cell phones even if you don't require one. They also sell returned not working products for your convenience.
