We had to order a new dishwasher rack adjuster. Arrived in 2 days. Easy to install following online instructions. The price was competitive to most other sites I could find. Would order from again, but of course hoping I won't have to for some time!

I'm not sure if they do this to all of their online orders or not. I'm very curious to find out so I'm writing this review. Bought a part online and paid extra for "Loomis - Delivery in 3 business days or less" because we need it ASAP. HOWEVER, they still shipped the product by "Canada Post" which might take about a week(still waiting for the part). Contacted customer service by email right after I got the notification from Canada Post and the reply back was simply : "Hello. I apologize this appears to be shipped via Canada Post, below is your tracking:...." I'm more upset about waiting for a few days more to receive the part than the $6 in shipping cost, but as a matter of principle I decided to reply asking for the $6 difference in shipping costs. The reply was, that I have to call their 1800 number and ask for it. So I called, too bad that was on a Saturday and I was told that their accounting is closed so that I have to call back during normal biz hours to reach their accounting to issue the credit. At this point I started to feel that I'm wasting my time and energy for $6, but again, as a matter of principle, I decided to call again on Monday. After waiting for 20+ minutes on the phone on Monday and described once again why I'm asking for $6 refund, they asked for my credit card number very impatiently. I asked and was told, that I should see the charge back in 5 biz days. So to me, this is still not a done deal. What if after a week and I don't see the $6 charge back? Would I waste my time to call them again??

The gentleman there had my parts for my dryer. It was quick fast helpful

Prices are way out of line with what they should be. Dryer heater coil, $30. on e-bay or Amazon, $160. at Reliable Parts.
