Every visit we get terrible customer service! Awful return policies, badly trained staff not willing to think over the frames. Good stock. It’s the only good thing I can say. But this will be the last place I choose for my shopping needs because of the above mentioned. I manage the shop with 4.9 Google rating, so I definitely know what I’m talking about. Invest in your staff training and reconsider your policies.

Excellent customer service. Not only are the people working the till very friendly management is stellar. Had an issue with a job box i purchased. Return went smooth and quick very good customer service. Will continue to shop there for everything i need.

Always great deals to be found. Mix of cheap tools for odd jobs & quality stuff as well. Wide selection & am usually able to find what I need
