Great customer service! I got two keys cut but neither of them worked, so I took them back and they gave me a refund while still getting new two new keys. They were all very pleasant to speak with (even joking around with me and my husband). I'll definitely be supporting this local business as much as I can going forward. I'm fairly new to the area so this was my first experience with this company and even though I had to go twice due to the keys not working, they handled the situation amazingly!

Poco building supplies is the preferred supplier for Element Comfort Solutions. They offer bulk pricing on all our fasteners, extensive lumber yard and helpful friendly staff. Head over before considering the box stores that never have what's needed to complete a professional installation. We highly recommend them.

Well stocked hardware store with knowledgeable helpful staff and good prices. They had all the information I needed and colour samples to help me make informed decisions. Will definitely return.

Puuuulease people...dont support or mention American retailers that you claim are better priced or serviced. No they are not. I have been to Home Depot and the other big American Hardware shops..take nothing away, they have a great selection..but prices are high there too and service almost impossible to get. Quit whining about someone not helping one time, or a not so perfect experience one trip in...instead support this great local hardware shop. I do every chance i get. Stop feeding the American Engine already...daaaaa
