good location friendly staffs mostly except some grumpy section managers

Looking for a replacement cartridge for my shower handle so I went to this home depot. Super friendly greeter named Dave I suggest I go straight to plumbing aisle. When I couldnt find help he walked me over to plumbing and paged someone. Got a hold of James who gave me a replacement under warranty. Super helpful staff 5 stars. They need to get credit for awesome service.

9 times out of 10, they have exactly what I'm looking for. Worth the drive from Maple Ridge.

Live review currently here right now. I've requested blinds to be cut twice, I have twice been told they are on thier way... we just passed the 30 minute mark... more to come. Also wanted to note I was here yesterday with the same blinds and was helped quickly and cheerfully. I'm honestly only doing this so a manager sees and sends someone to help... I just want the blinds cut. 35 minutes I'm touching a machine hoping someone will tell me to stop and cut my blinds 40 mins in waiting at customer service desk. 45 mins turns out that was just a order pick up, despite it saying customer service above... have not spoken to am employee in 15 mins despite trying. 47 mins was able to request a cut again. 50 mins success cut made! In order to make 1 cut at poco home depot expect to request help 3 times and budget 45 mins to 1 hour.
