Horrible customer service. I had two dealings. First one, the techs couldn't get themselves sorted until I was sending multiple email/phone calls to get the service they were committed to actually performed. At that time, the company at least took some onus and completed the work they were paid for, but only after some serious haggling. Second was a service call, a team of 2 was sent to mount a small box onto a wall behind an already mounted TV, no hard labor involved as the TV was easily removable. Took all of maybe 30 minutes and they are charging for 3 hours of work because of "policy".

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, the receptionist on the phone immediately told me that they will not repair anything that I have not purchased from them and hung up on me. Knowing that they repaired my item a couple times, I called back and asked for the manager, she was very rude on the phone. I asked her how did she know if I purchased it there, she rudely asked me did you tell me that you did? She didn't even ask before brushing me off!!! Very rude on the phone. I will never deal with this company again, yes just because of this phone call.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service!!! If your planning on purchasing a Red Camera in Vancouver go to Fusion Cine instead.
