A few years ago I purchased a full camera system from this company for $3,500. I also signed up for a monitoring contract. I have used this company for the past for years and have recommended them to many friends and business colleagues. When it came to cancellation they sent me abrupt emails and threatened me with legal action if I didnt pay their cancellation fee of over $700. I have asked for the owner to call me and I have never had a call back. Very unprofessional and that is not how you conduct business. All I got was another threatening email of legal action. There are many good alarm companies out there, my advise do your homework and NOT use this company for you alarm needs. They are not a a professional company

I am a custom builder and used Prism for the first time, Great service, great experience and exceeded my expectations. Amin was able to make recommendations and follow up was great. I needed some of his team a few times afterwards and did not have a problem with the call back.

I hired these guys to install our low voltage wiring for home automation. Excellent service and their installers are very clean and professional.
