We had worst experience with makita tools service Dropped off planer for repair It was not on warranty yet, it took them 6 weeks to repair, we had to pay for it and they didn't fix it, but replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced I came to the service at 4:25 pm, the guy closed the door right in front of me, and said sorry, its 4:30 we are closed I got 4 Circular saws, 2 drills, and 10" chop saw that stopped working

Dropped of some Makita tools for repair and after 6 weeks I didnt get a call back. How is it that a Makita repair shop takes that long to repair their own tools? I am still waiting for the repairs to be completed. I would not recommend and will use KMS Tools repair shop in the future. Tool and accessory pricing was also not competitive.

The entire staff there are lovely and friendly and super helpful. No one wants to take their tools in to get fixed, but at least they always make it a pleasant experience.

Won't Honor warranty on a angle grinder. Repair guy said they are disposal and I should have bought a better one. Last Makita tool I buy...
